How to install iptv on Your Device
NeptuneTV App Setup (Amazon Firestick)
1. Open Downloader App
If you haven’t already, install Downloader from the Firestick App Store.
2. (If Needed) Enable Unknown Sources
If not already done:
Go to Settings → My Fire TV → Developer Options → Apps from Unknown Sources → Turn ON.
3. Download NeptuneTV APK
Choose a theme and enter the link or code in the Downloader app:

4. Install the App
Once the download finishes, proceed with installation.
5. Send Device Info to IPTV Provider
Using WhatsApp or email, send your Device ID & Key to us for activation.
6. Wait for Auto Setup
After ~10 seconds, the app will download your channels and VOD.
You’ll be automatically logged in and ready to watch.
ibPlayer Pro Setup Guide (Smart TV)
1. Install the App
Go to your TV’s app store (Samsung: Apps, LG: Content Store).
Search and install ibPlayer Pro.
2. Launch and Get Device Info
Open the app and note down the Device ID and Device Key shown on the screen.
3. Send Device Info to IPTV Provider
using whatsapp or email Share your Device ID & Key with your us to activate the service.
4. Refresh Playlist
After activation, open the app and refresh the playlist to load your channels.
5. Start Watching
Select the loaded playlist and enjoy your IPTV content.

Connect MAG DEVICE to TV and the Internet. Then do as follows
1- Go to Settings—> System Settings —> Servers—>Portals
2- Set Portal 1: IPTV
3- Set Portal 1 URL, contact us if you don’t find it
4- Set Portal 2 Name leave this empty add this only If you order the second subscription
5- Set Portal 2 URL leave this empty add this only If you order the second subscription
6- Save everything
7- Reboot device
After the box is restarted, wait until the TV screen shows the channels.
